Badly-behaved: doing things  in a bad way.
Unfamiliar: different, unusual.
Compulsory: put into force by law or rules.

Brass knuckles: a band of metal with four wholes that fits over the upper fingers.

Ambitious: requiring a big deal of effort and work.
Confident: having full assurance.
Logical: according to or agreeing with the principles of logic.

Rules

In the USA:
- You have to be 21 years old to drink alcohol.
- In some highscools, you have to wear uniforms.
- In some states, you can drive a plane at the age of 16.
- You can have a gun, just to defend yourself.
- You can drive a car when you´re 16, but you can´t drive at night.
- You can vote at the age of 18 years.
- You must call the teather by her or his surname.
- In some states, if you´re a boy, you can get married at the age of 13.

B and B: bed-and-breakfast.
get sunburned: get burned becouse of the sun.
hire a car: pay for having and using a car during a period of time.


sightseeing: the act of visiting interesting places.
LOL: abbreviation of laughing.
travel sick: the act of tavelling to different places. 

couldn´t sleep a wink: not splepping at all.
fiancé: a man who is engaged to be married.
